My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and well cared for, especially on the ground floor where guests could enjoy a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and sweets. However, changing rooms seemed impossible during my visit. The service was top-notch, with Toni the barman adding a touch of humor and Angie the waitress being lovely. The only downside was having to go across the road to access the entertainment room and bar. The location was fantastic, with two pools and plenty of slides to keep everyone entertained, though there was an issue with water leakage during heavy rain. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. The facilities were also great, with car hire, housekeeping, and tours available.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and super comfortable with convenient 2 bathrooms and showers. The service was top-notch, with a friendly atmosphere and efficient staff always ready to assist. The location was fantastic, offering great amenities and a lovely beach nearby. I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room was really lovely, with a sofa bed, television, and 2 bathrooms. The view from the balcony was fantastic, and the rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day with fresh towels. The only downside was dealing with mosquitos, a bit of a nuisance but manageable.

The service was amazing! From the staff always happy to answer my dumb questions to the people behind the scenes doing maintenance and cleaning, everyone was fantastic. I even got upgraded to a superior suite upon arrival, truly a top-notch service experience.

The location couldn't have been better, with fantastic amenities including two pools and lots of slides. The onsite drinks area kept both kids and parents happy. Everything was within easy reach, shops and the beach just a minute's walk away. The only slight downside was the distance from bars with entertainment, but overall a great location.
